Shaped by her travels, she now uses this insight to make every guest feel truly at home. She delights in curating events where culinary artistry, thoughtfully selected drinks, and an inviting atmosphere come together seamlessly. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region is especially close to her heart - in Berlin, where currywurst enjoys iconic status alongside the city's vibrant array of urban farmers' markets. A native of Munich, Ferdinand knows German cuisine down to the finest detail as head chef of POTS. From an early age, he began cooking with his family, turning his initial curiosity into a passion - and eventually into his profession. His expertise, refined over many years, shapes POTS with modern influences and ensures an authentic culinary experience.
