Born in Berlin, Christopher Kujanski grew up near the Polish city of Poznan. There he spent many hours in his grandmother's garden, which instilled in him a love of cooking from his earliest childhood. His passion for planting his own vegetables and herbs, which he still pursues today, also stems from his time in the country. After his apprenticeship at the Berlin Capital Club, he worked in renowned and star-awarded restaurants such as the Vendome and the Facil. Equally formative were the international culinary experiences the passionate chef was able to gather on the cruise ship MS Europa under Dieter Müller. Since 2020, Christopher is overlooking the kitchen of the POTS at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin and impresses his guests with fine, coordinated and balanced German dishes. In 2022, he convinced the jury of the 'Berliner Meisterköche' and won the award as 'Newcomer Of The Year'.
