Born in the Mecklenburg Lake District, Laurence discovered his passion for fine food and wine at an early age. His first insights into the world of wine came from his former sommelier, whose enthusiasm and expertise inspired him and continue to influence his approach today.

As Sommelier at POTS at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, Laurence is responsible for curating a wine selection with a clear focus on Germany, complemented by classic wines from France, Italy, and Spain, as well as exciting international discoveries.

He enjoys offering relaxed, approachable advice, always aiming to find the perfect wine for every occasion and every palate.

As Assistant Manager at POTS, Selina brings together her international experience and a genuine passion for hospitality. Shaped by her travels, she now uses this insight to make every guest feel truly at home. She delights in curating events where culinary artistry, thoughtfully selected drinks, and an inviting atmosphere come together seamlessly. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region is especially close to her heart - in Berlin, where currywurst enjoys iconic status alongside the city's vibrant array of urban farmers' markets. For Selina, these local flavors are a daily inspiration and a small, delicious piece of home at POTS.

A native of Munich, Ferdinand knows German cuisine down to the finest detail as head chef of POTS. From an early age, he began cooking with his family, turning his initial curiosity into a passion - and eventually into his profession. His expertise, refined over many years, shapes POTS with modern influences and ensures an authentic culinary experience.
