As Sommelier at POTS at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, Laurence is responsible for curating a wine selection with a clear focus on Germany, complemented by classic wines from France, Italy, and Spain, as well as exciting international discoveries.
He enjoys offering relaxed, approachable advice, always aiming to find the perfect wine for every occasion and every palate.
