Enjoy a winter classic made for sharing and discover a harmonious composition of exquisite flavors. Indulge in a perfectly prepared whole goose, accompanied by a selection of refined side dishes that provide the perfect centerpiece for any festive table. The centerpiece of our 3-course menu is a whole roasted goose accompanied by potato dumplings, red cabbage, kale, chestnuts, pear, lingonberries, and rich roast jus. German quark balls with hazelnut and salted caramel provide a delicate and indulgent sweet finale. A bottle of red wine, carefully selected by our sommelier, completes this festive dining experience.

Our chefs prepare a succulent, perfectly seasoned goose, ready to be finished cooking at home, accompanied by hearty sides such as dumplings, red cabbage, kale, chestnuts, and rich goose jus. The feast is completed with a bottle of premium local wine, creating a gourmet experience that transforms your home into a fine-dining destination.
